🚨 Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with Leading Manufacturing Company!!
📍 Location: Karnal, Haryana
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a rapidly growing, NSE-listed manufacturing organization. This role is part of the executive leadership team and will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial future, with a strong focus on Investor Relations and Fund Raising.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations & Capital Markets (Core Focus):
- Lead all investor relations activities including engagement with FIIs, DIIs, mutual funds, and analysts
- Drive fund raising strategies including QIP, rights issue, debt placements, and structured finance
- Manage quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, and market communication
- Track market perception, shareholding patterns, and provide insights to leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, bankers, and rating agencies
Strategic Finance & Business Partnering:
- Partner with the MD and Board on financial strategy, growth plans, and capital allocation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Support expansion initiatives, new projects, and investment decisions
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with SEBI LODR regulations and listed company requirements
- Oversee financial reporting, board/audit committee presentations, and disclosures
- Lead annual reporting including financial statements and governance reports
Treasury & Working Capital:
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital optimization
- Drive efficient capital structure and cost of funds
- Monitor forex exposure and implement hedging strategies
Financial Control & Systems:
- Oversee accounting, audits, taxation, and internal controls
- Strengthen ERP, MIS, and financial reporting systems
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory (MBA Finance preferred)
- 15+ years of experience, including leadership roles in listed manufacturing companies
- Strong track record in Investor Relations and Fund Raising
- Deep understanding of SEBI regulations, Ind AS, and capital markets
- Proven expertise in treasury, banking, and financial strategy
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
