We’re hiring a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to own and scale revenue across TJN Ventures Group Ltd — with a clear focus on turning our packages (Launch, Growth, Scale) into a predictable, measurable growth engine. This role is not a paid role, but will attract Commission.
This role is accountable for the full revenue system: positioning → demand generation → sales conversion → retention/expansion, working closely with the Founder/Leadership team and Sales to build a repeatable pipeline and consistent starts.
What you’ll do (Job Description)
- Own end-to-end revenue performance for our packages: lead → call booked → start → retention/expansion.
- Build and lead the revenue strategy across marketing + sales + partnerships (and align the team around it).
- Define and manage the revenue operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, KPIs, and conversion improvements.
- Improve conversion at every stage: messaging, qualification, sales process, objection handling, follow-up, and close.
- Develop and refine offers and pricing/packaging strategy (Launch/Growth/Scale) based on market feedback and performance.
- Build and manage partnerships/referral channels that drive qualified starts.
- Implement lightweight but reliable reporting: pipeline health, source performance, win/loss insights, and retention signals.
- Hire, coach, and enable revenue contributors as needed (sales, growth marketing, partnerships) — with clear targets and accountability.
Requirements
Must-haves
- Proven experience owning revenue outcomes (sales leadership, revenue operations, or CRO-level scope).
- Strong commercial instincts: you can translate a mission-led brand into a clear offer that converts.
- Ability to build repeatable systems (pipeline, process, reporting) — not just close deals.
- Confident leading cross-functional execution across marketing and sales.
- Comfortable being accountable to commercial KPIs and making decisions with imperfect data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a small, fast-moving team.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling to SMBs / early-stage founders with packaged services or subscriptions.
- Background in partnerships and channel growth.
- Experience building revenue functions from early stage (0→1 and 1→10).
- Familiarity with CRM-based pipelines and performance dashboards.
