Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer at Grand Royal Tours, located in Salem, WV. The CFO will oversee financial planning, analyze company financial performance, lead budgeting processes, and manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, identifying opportunities for financial growth, optimizing resource allocation, and collaborating with other executives to align financial strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and expertise in creating and managing financial plans
- Experience in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements
- Strong understanding of Finance, including budgeting, cost management, and forecasting
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to execute and oversee accurate and timely Financial Reporting
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of financial compliance, regulations, and best practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or similar qualification is a plus
- Prior experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership position is highly advantageous
