Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Kolkata
CTC Range: ₹45–50 LPA
Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors
Role Objective
To lead the overall financial strategy, governance, and performance of the organization, with a strong focus on global accounting practices, multi-entity consolidation, and scalable financial systems aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
Drive financial planning, budgeting, and long-term business strategy
Act as a strategic partner to leadership for growth, expansion, and profitability
Provide insights on cost optimization, pricing, and investment decisions
2. Global Accounting & Compliance
Ensure compliance with IND AS / IFRS / US GAAP (preferred exposure to multiple standards)
Manage global accounting operations across multiple entities / geographies
Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory compliance
3. Multi-Entity Financial Management
Handle consolidation of financials across multiple subsidiaries / business units
Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and reporting structures
Implement robust internal controls across entities
4. Treasury & Fund Management
Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
Lead fundraising, debt structuring, and investor relations (if applicable)
Optimize capital allocation and ROI
5. Systems & Process Excellence
Drive ERP implementation / upgrades (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Build scalable financial systems and automation
Strengthen MIS, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
6. Risk & Governance
Identify financial risks and ensure mitigation frameworks
Ensure strong corporate governance and compliance standards
Interface with board, investors, and external stakeholders
Candidate Profile
Must Have
CA / CPA / MBA Finance from reputed institute
15–20 years of experience in finance leadership roles
Strong exposure to global accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP)
Proven experience in managing multiple entities / group companies
Experience in manufacturing / engineering / power / EPC / industrial domain
Preferred
Experience with multinational companies or global operations
Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or business restructuring
- Strong ERP implementation experience
