Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will oversee all financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for fostering organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial management within both public and privately held global companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including preparation of accurate financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets and ensure compliance .
- Direct accounting functions such as general ledger management, account reconciliation, and corporate finance activities.
- Utilize advanced financial software tools to streamline operations and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Lead a high-performing finance team by providing mentorship, fostering organizational skills, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 15+ years accounting and financial planning & analysis experience
- Prior experience as CFO required
- CPA, strong cost accounting and audit skills
- Heavy banking, treasury management and M&A experience
- Proficiency with financial software systems and general ledger accounting platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of managing diverse teams and driving organizational success.
