While our technology is high-performance, it is not a niche solution; over 90% of companies can benefit from our platform to drive revenue, CSAT, and brand engagement. We are currently in the "Building the Plane While Flying It" stage, looking for the architect who will help write the manual.
ROLE OVERVIEW: THE FOUNDATIONAL SYSTEMS ARCHITECT
The Literal Brief:
In plain English: You are the internal architect of our revenue engine. Your day-to-day mission is to build the CRM workflows, manage the technical handoff from sales to live implementation, and construct the high-fidelity ROI dashboards that prove our AI’s value to our clients. You are the operational backbone that connects our sales strategy to our technical reality.

You aren't looking for a "color by numbers" role; you see the opportunity to take our current processes and architect them into a world-class, enterprise-ready system." You are the person who steps into the "startup craziness," grabs the loose wires, and builds a world-class operational engine. You see our rapid expansion as an opportunity to design, deploy, and maintain the systems that will sustain our 100mph trajectory. You don't just manage systems; you architect the tracks while the train is already at full speed.
The Partnership:
This is a hybrid role for a High-Utility Player. You will bridge the gap between our high-stakes sales efforts and our technical implementations. You will work in close partnership with our Implementations Strategist and our Account and Marketing Manager to provide the data, systems, and operational infrastructure required to scale our client impact quickly.
THE NORTH STAR OBJECTIVES
- Shrink the TTV (Time to Value): You own the clock. Get a client from "Contract Signed" or "Free Trial" to "First ROI Win" faster every single week.
- Own the Feedback Loop: You are the bridge. You translate client pain into "Product Features," ensuring our engineers are building what the market is actually willing to pay for and ensuring our AI is informed by our Knowledge Base for optimal ROI.
- The Human Intelligence: You are the Human Intelligence behind the AI. Every time you solve a problem, you turn it into a repeatable process in the ConversionIQ Playbook for the next 100 clients.
- LTV Protection: You manage the "Renewal Narrative" by showing up with data-driven ROI stories before the client even thinks to ask.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Strategic Use Case Identification
- Business Architecture: Deeply immerse yourself in each client’s business model to identify specific high-value use cases for our AI to drive client ROI.
- Expansion Mapping: Look for friction points in a client’s operation that Chatti, Matti, Dotti, Omni, or Maestri can solve, effectively increasing our footprint, deepening our relationships, and expanding our impact within their organization.
2. Operational Architecture & CRM Governance
- From Growth to Order: Own the CRM (Currently Zoho). Design the pipelines, automation triggers, and data flows that make our sales engine hum.
- The Source of Truth: Flawlessly manage the full lifecycle, from initial lead unmasking to contract renewal, ensuring data integrity in a fast-moving environment.
- ROI Storytelling: Work with the Dev team to create high-fidelity dashboards that translate raw AI usage into a compelling "ROI Narrative" for our C-suite clients representing enterprise-level brands.
3. Client Success & Technical Liaison
- Process Engineering: Implement the processes for onboarding, technical integration, and proactive upselling.
- High-Stakes Translator: Jump on a call with a multi-million dollar client, absorb their needs, and turn that intent into a clear roadmap for our Implementation Strategist, development team, and Account Management team.
- Versatile Deployment: Be comfortable handling everything from the sole proprietor to the enterprise-class client.
4. Reseller & Channel Scaling
- Partner Engine: Build and manage the infrastructure for our reseller network, ensuring our partners are equipped to win.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
We are looking for a "Founder-Minded" hire. Compensation features a fixed base salary supplemented by a highly lucrative commission/variable structure tied directly to company growth, client retention, and reseller performance.
