Productsup is a Berlin-based company with a strong international customer base, and we’re looking to rapidly scale our internal operations to support our global growth. Are you a technical RevOps professional who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and GTM strategy? Ready to move beyond manual tool management and lead our transition into AI-assisted operational excellence? Join our team as a Revenue Operations Manager and play a key role in building the data infrastructure and tool stack that will power our next phase of scale.
In your first 3 months you will:
- Audit and Master: Gain a deep understanding of our current Salesforce configuration, GTM tool stack (HubSpot, CPQ, Billing, BI), and existing data models.
- Establish Relationships: Build strong working loops with Sales, CS, Finance, and Engineering stakeholders to understand their current friction points.
- Optimize Workflows: Take ownership of the CRM administration and begin resolving configuration issues that block active deals.
- AI Integration: Start experimenting with AI-native approaches (such as MCP-based audits or coding assistants) to accelerate your configuration and documentation work.
In your first 6 months and beyond you will:
- Lead Strategy: Define how our GTM tool stack and data infrastructure should be architected for future scale, moving from manual administration to high-level system intelligence.
- Own the Data Model and Data Activation: Maintain a semantic data model that centralizes business logic for core SaaS metrics (MRR, NRR, churn), ensuring "one definition" is used across the entire company.
- Drive Implementations: Lead tool evaluations and migrations, specifically owning the implementation and data sync design for platforms like CPQ or billing systems.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Coordinate with Finance on revenue reconciliation and Legal on new pricing or contract process rollouts, ensuring technical setups reflect business reality.
What you bring to the team
- 3+ years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Data Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and an understanding of how data models/semantic layers must be structured to produce reliable downstream metrics in GTM.
- SaaS Financial Literacy: A firm grasp of revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR) and the finance logic behind them; you know what the numbers mean, not just how to query them.
- Deep Salesforce expertise: You are a "power admin" comfortable with object models, automation flows, validation rules, and complex integrations.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Experience with AI-native developer tooling (e.g., MCP servers, Claude Code, Cursor) and a desire to automate manual overhead.
- Strong Communication: The ability to document complex builds and explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders, from sales reps to the CFO.
- Nice to Haves: Experience with dbt, CPQ platforms (DealHub, Zuora), or automation tools like N8N/Make.
