We are seeking a Principal Consultant, specialized in Agentforce Revenue Management to join our growing team. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a strategic technologist who thrives at the intersection of business architecture and client partnership.
As a Principal Consultant, you won't just implement software; you will act as a visionary for our clients, guiding them through the critical transition from legacy Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). You will be the primary architect for complex engagements, a key player in pre-sales strategy, and a mentor dedicated to elevating our internal functional expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Lead Solution Designer for projects of any rank or complexity, translating intricate business needs into scalable RCA architectures.
- Facilitate high-level planning and prioritization sessions, focusing on how platform changes impact business processes and long-term ROI.
- Partner with clients to formulate comprehensive change management plans, including training, enablement, communication, and rollout strategies.
- Drive difficult conversations with stakeholders and partner with Delivery Leadership to manage escalations and clarify project scope.
- Identify delivery gaps and develop reusable assets (blueprints, industry templates, best practices) to improve our global delivery methodology.
- Act as a Functional SME in Revenue Cloud (CPQ/RCA/RLM) while maintaining cross-functional expertise in additional Salesforce Clouds or Verticals.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions covering RCA, Billing, Contract Management, and complex declarative automations.
- Lead complex data migrations and design integrations between Salesforce and external ERP/Accounting systems via point-to-point or middleware (IPaaS) solutions.
- Formulate and communicate a "Point of View" on new Salesforce releases (like Agentforce) and their specific implications for our client base.
- Lead the scoping of new engagements and provide accurate Levels of Effort (LoE) for complex platform customizations.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Salesforce Consulting experience, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically focused on Revenue Cloud (CPQ/RLM/RCA) implementations.
- Expert-level knowledge of declarative automation, reporting, and system customization. Proven experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and the broader Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Billing, CPQ).
- Strong grasp of revenue recognition principles, accounting standards, and best practices in recurring revenue models.
- Proven ability to lead client discussions, influence decision-making, and resolve complex solutioning challenges.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant and CPQ Specialist are required. Additional certifications (e.g., Data Architecture, Sharing and Visibility, or System Architect) are a significant plus.
