About The Role
We are looking for a
Sales Operations Analyst to support and scale our commercial organization by driving performance, improving processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and optimize our go-to-market execution.
What You'll Do
- Analyze commercial performance and provide actionable insights to drive growth
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
- Support key processes such as segmentation, book of business management, and target setting
- Build dashboards, reports, and business reviews for leadership
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve overall GTM effectiveness
What You'll Bring
- Strong analytical mindset with solid SQL skills
- Experience in Commercial Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Business Analytics
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
