This position is hands on and will be part of the leadership team. Ideal candidate will be a Financial Professional who can manage daily operations while helping guide long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Lead cash flow management and financial planning
- Ensure compliance and internal controls
- Partner with leadership on strategic decisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience (manufacturing a plus)
- Strong leadership and communications skills
- Experience with financial systems and process improvement
