Fuzion Flooring – Sales Operations Specialist (FULL TIME)

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering the Sales team to perform at their best. Acting as a strategic partner, you will streamline processes, optimize tools, and deliver actionable insights that enhance productivity and drive revenue growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to improve day-to-day sales execution, remove operational friction, and ensure the team has the data, systems, and support needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and seamless integration with ERP and other business systems
- Develop and deliver timely reports and insights for Territory Managers, Regional Managers, and senior leadership (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
- Build, maintain, and enhance sales dashboards to track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Drive adherence to sales processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop, maintain, and refine forecasting models and performance metrics
- Support pipeline management through regular reporting, analysis, and opportunity reviews
- Prepare and present quarterly business review (QBR) materials for leadership
- Analyze and optimize geographic sales territories to maximize coverage, productivity, and efficiency
- Create, update, and maintain sales policies, procedures, training materials, and enablement resources
- Support onboarding and training of new Sales Representatives to accelerate ramp-up time
- Plan, coordinate, and track sales promotions and incentive programs
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales and other departments to improve communication, alignment, and operational accuracy
Knowledge & Skills Required
- 5 years of territory sales experience
- Familiarity with sap Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex or ambiguous challenges and drive effective solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously (project or program management experience is an asset)
- Customer- and sales-focused mindset, with a clear understanding of how operational support drives sales success
- Proactive and adaptable team player with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution
- Demonstrated ability to balance data-driven decision-making with empathy for stakeholders, customers, and business needs

Hiring Range:
$80-90k annually
