Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Strategy & Localization for SEA
Deeply research market trends in big data, AI, and databases across SEA; develop regional GTM strategies that comply with local data sovereignty and compliance requirements (e.g., PDPA, cybersecurity laws).
Localize Transwarp’s product value propositions into compelling marketing narratives that resonate with CIOs in key verticals such as finance, government, and transportation.
2. Ecosystem & Channel Marketing Enablement
Leverage the Singapore branch to recruit, develop and empower local SI partners, cloud service providers, and industry advisory partners.
Create partner marketing toolkits with local language adaptation; plan joint roadshows and co-developed solution launches to drive channel-sourced leads.
3. Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership
Plan and execute Transwarp’s presence at top-tier SEA industry events , including speaking sessions and exhibitions.
Lead the development of regional white papers and customer success stories to elevate brand influence.
4. Demand Generation & Sales Enablement
Build a digital marketing and ABM system tailored to the complex B2B buying cycle in SEA.
Provide local sales teams with high-quality sales kits, battle cards, demo scripts, and even pre-sales marketing support during key PoC stages.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
5–10+ years of B2B tech marketing experience, including experience in marketing for Chinese tech companies expanding overseas; at least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Southeast Asia.
Proven track record in successfully launching Chinese enterprise software, cloud, or infrastructure products in SEA (from 0→1 or 1→10).
Domain Knowledge
Strong background in marketing for databases, enterprise software, cloud computing, or AI platforms.
Ability to articulate complex product differentiators and understand enterprise procurement logic; experience communicating with C-level executives (CIO, CTO, etc.).
Language & Communication
Fluent in Chinese and English (mandatory).
Strong English copywriting and public speaking skills. Knowledge of local languages such as Bahasa Malaysia, Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese is a plus.
