Interim CFO (Contract – Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Interim CFO to step into a critical leadership role during a transition period. This is a hands-on, onsite contract opportunity for a proven financial operator who can provide stability and strategic guidance while ensuring continuity across finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the external audit process (targeting June completion)
- Prepare and deliver MD&A and comprehensive financial reporting packages
- Own and manage 13-week cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Ensure timely and accurate lender compliance and reporting
- Develop and present board-level materials for private equity stakeholders
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, including a strong Controller
- Partner closely with executive leadership on financial strategy, performance insights, and decision-making
- Maintain continuity and operational stability during CFO transition
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a private equity-backed environment
- Strong background in lender compliance, reporting, and cash flow management
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves operator mentality
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at the board level
- Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort owning detailed financial reporting
