Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The CFO plays a key role in strategic decision-making and ensuring the company’s financial health and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Provide insights to support strategic decisions
2. Financial Management
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and fund management
- Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure cost control and profitability
3. Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Maintain compliance with statutory laws, taxation, and audits
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
4. Risk Management
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure internal controls and governance frameworks
5. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the finance and accounts team
- Drive performance and efficiency within the department
6. Investor & Stakeholder Management
- Present financial reports to board members and stakeholders
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and partners

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹34,805.43 - ₹80,000.00 per month
