An established global aviation aftermarket supplier and trading platform is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support its commercial team and global customer base.
The organisation works across the buy, sale, lease and repair of commercial aviation assets, supporting airlines, MROs, lessors and trading partners worldwide.
This role sits within the commercial operations function, supporting the execution of day-to-day sales activity, customer transactions and internal coordination across the business.
You will work closely with sales, trading and operations teams to ensure accurate, efficient and timely delivery of customer requirements, while maintaining high standards of service and data integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Customer Support
- Support preparation of customer quotations, pricing and proposals
- Track open quotes, deal progress and follow-up activity within CRM systems
- Assist with customer enquiries, order updates and documentation requests
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Order & Transaction Coordination
- Process sales orders, purchase orders and shipping documentation
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and quality teams to ensure timely delivery
- Verify accuracy of part numbers, certifications, quantities and pricing
- Maintain organised transaction records and documentation
Data, Reporting & Systems
- Maintain accurate data across CRM and ERP systems
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards and performance summaries
- Monitor backlog, pipeline activity and order status
- Support continuous improvement of sales processes and tools
Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling customer calls, meetings and industry events
- Support preparation of sales materials and presentations
- Assist with onboarding of new customers and vendors
- Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing and documentation
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We are interested in individuals with experience within aviation, aerospace, logistics or technical trading environments is advantageous.
- 2–5 years' experience in sales operations, coordination, customer service or supply chain roles
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
