Ignition Autocare is a UK-based MOT testing centre and garage business. We're expanding our back-office operations to Hoshiarpur, Punjab and looking for a smart, dedicated person to join our team.
This is an office-based role at our Hoshiarpur branch — you'll work in a professional setup, with all equipment provided.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Customer Service (40%)**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK customers
- Book MOT appointments and vehicle service bookings
- Send quotes and follow-up reminders
- Reply to WhatsApp, email, and social media enquiries
- Maintain professional communication standards
**Software / App Management (25%)**
- Daily use of our custom React-based web application
- Make small updates and fix minor bugs (full training provided)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to solve technical tasks
- Deploy app updates to Netlify
- Train new team members on the app
** Admin & Operations (20%)**
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings
- Generate and send invoices
- Communicate with UK suppliers via email
- Maintain customer database
- Prepare weekly performance reports
**Marketing Support (15%)**
- Manage Instagram and Facebook pages
- Reply to Google reviews professionally
- Run basic Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns
- WhatsApp marketing to existing customers

**REQUIREMENTS**
**Must-Have:**
- Excellent spoken and written English (UK accent friendly)
- Bachelor's degree (any stream) OR 12th + relevant work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, BPO, virtual assistance, or operations
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
- Willing to commute to Hoshiarpur office daily
- Available to work UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM IST)
**Preferred (Bonus):**
- Experience working with international (UK / US) clients
- Basic knowledge of React, HTML, or web development
- Used Netlify, GitHub, or AI tools previously
- Marketing or social media experience
- Knowledge of automotive/repair industry
- Punjabi + Hindi + English
