🎯 Main Role
We’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build and scale a world-class RevOps function that drives predictable, efficient growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
This role goes beyond traditional RevOps.
You will also own a broader Business Operations scope, leveraging data, automation, and AI to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and maximize company-wide performance.
You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution, acting as a key partner to VP revenue , CMO, CCO & leadership as a force multiplier for all go-to-market teams.
đź’Ľ Key Responsabilities
A. Â Revenue Operations Leadership
Own the end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and CS
Design and optimize the full funnel: lead → opportunity → revenue → retention → expansion
Build forecasting models and improve revenue predictability
Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking
B. Â Systems & Data Excellence
o  Salesforce (CRM backbone)
o  GetAccept (deal execution & engagement)
o  Pennylane(Finance/Accounting)
o  Modjo (conversation intelligence)
o  Office 365 (productivity & collaboration)
o  Planhat (Customer Success platform)
o  Power BI & Microsoft Fabric (data & analytics layer)
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and scalability
Build a single source of truth for all revenue data
C.    Business Ops & AI Enablement
Expand scope into Business Operations, supporting leadership with data-driven insights
Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities across the business:
o  Sales productivity (automation, copilots, insights)
o  Forecasting & pipeline intelligence
o  Customer health scoring & churn prediction
o  Internal efficiency & decision-making
Partner with teams to embed AI into daily workflows (not just tools, but real usage)
Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives (pricing, segmentation, expansion strategy, etc.)
D.    Insights & Strategic Impact
Turn data into actionable insights for leadership
Build executive dashboards and reporting (Power BI / Fabric)
Support board-level reporting and strategic planning
Act as a thought partner to VP revenue on growth strategy
A. Experience & Hard Skills
4+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations
Proven experience scaling RevOps in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern GTM tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI, data modeling, or similar tools
Experience working with or implementing AI/automation in business processes
Strong business acumen: able to connect data → insights → action
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Excellent stakeholder management (you’ll work with execs daily)
