Your responsibilities

Windows & Visual Merchandising Support
- Assist in updating files and overviews
- Help prepare VM samples for mannequin dressing and internal reviews
- Support ad hoc VM requests (e.g., lobby or internal display looks)
Campaign Preparation
- Help maintain the Campaign Book PowerPoint by adding style details and product information
Sample Coordination
- Assist with receiving, tracking, and organizing samples
- Support sample logistics, pickup/shipping, and retrieving/returning samples
- Assist in preparing handovers for marketing teams

What you bring

Currently studying or recently graduated from fashion, business, marketing, communication, visual merchandising, or a related field
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Confident with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, basic Excel skills)
Fluent in English; German is a plus
