What is the team like?
Global Business Operations plays a central role in campaign execution, driving high-quality delivery outcomes across multiple channels in global markets. As the team evolves toward becoming the central hub for all campaign-related activities across lines of business, while continuing to enable and support revenue, its focus remains on accuracy, operational excellence, and building strong internal stakeholder relationships that connect day-to-day execution with the company’s broader strategic vision.
From consolidating campaign and reporting metrics to curating client reports and continuously monitoring performance, the team ensures seamless execution and close attention to detail. Post-campaign insights on viewability and audience measurement help shape future strategy, while large volumes of data are translated into actionable intelligence by domain experts. The team also develops a deep understanding of client-specific requirements, resolves reporting issues with agility, and proactively identifies and addresses inefficiencies across delivery platforms. In addition, it is increasingly driving AI-led automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency through intelligent automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including setup, optimization, and monitoring across DSPs and other campaign operations platforms.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to generate actionable insights for both client reporting and internal decision-making.
- Maintain and update SOPs related to reporting workflows, campaign setup, targeting strategies, and platform-specific processes.
- Leverage third-party tools to extract, clean, and present campaign data for internal analysis and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to resolve campaign issues, address requests, and ensure smooth execution.
- Take ownership of documenting campaign-related processes to support training, consistency, and business continuity.
- Communicate project outcomes and performance impact clearly through structured presentations and effective communication.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving leadership teams, while strengthening problem-solving capabilities through exposure to multi-disciplinary projects.
- Support enhancement of performance metrics and reporting tools, while leveraging AI to improve analysis, streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and contributing to the planning and execution of effective solutions.
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned regional accounts, managing stakeholder expectations and tracking campaign delivery.
- Partner in onboarding and training new team members, acting as a resource for knowledge transfer and ongoing guidance.
- Drive AI automation initiatives in collaboration with the Product team, identifying opportunities to streamline campaign operations and improve efficiency through intelligent automation solutions
- Own and drive weekly progress reviews on automation and platform initiatives, ensuring milestones are tracked, blockers are resolved, and deliverables stay on schedule
- Liaise with Product teams to ensure the iDSP platform automation efforts remain progressive, aligned with the product roadmap, and delivered with high quality
- Front-face the team on central projects, driving stakeholder conversations, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
- Partner with operations Leads in planning, executing, and tracking all critical projects stemming from central strategy initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
- Build and maintain an AI automation roadmap for the operations org, identifying high-impact use cases, prioritizing them by effort vs. value, and presenting a quarterly pipeline to leadership
- Champion a culture of AI adoption within the team by conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, creating internal playbooks on AI tools, and upskilling team members on prompt engineering and automation best practices
- Define and track automation KPIs such as hours saved, error reduction, and throughput improvement to quantify the impact of AI initiatives and build the business case for scaling them
- Collaborate with the Data/BI team to explore AI-driven enhancements to reporting, such as anomaly detection in campaign performance, automated insight generation, and predictive delivery forecasting.
Requirements
- MBA/equivalent degree from reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years’ work experience
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
- Good understanding of online advertising industry and ecosystem
- Good Analytical and Data handling skills
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, database, scheduling and reporting
- Moderate understanding of HTML & JavaScript
- Results-driven professional with a passion for performance and desire to stay on top of industry and technical trends
- Quick learner with high accuracy and the ability to manage high work volumes effectively
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and an active contributor to team goals and objectives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
- Flexible working in shifts as per business requirements
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and a strong interest in leveraging automation to solve operational challenges; hands-on experience with AI-driven tools or workflow automation platforms is a plus
- Proven ability to coordinate with Product and Engineering teams, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and drive platform enhancement efforts
- Strong project management skills with the ability to own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, track milestones, and drive weekly cadence reviews
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to front-face senior leadership, represent the team in cross-functional forums, and drive alignment on central strategy projects
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and platforms and demonstrated ability to apply them for process optimization, content generation or data analysis in a business context
- Experience in managing automation pipelines with no-code/low-code workflow builders; ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation
