Job Summary
New Line Construction ltd are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organisation’s financial planning, management, and reporting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting sustainable growth. This senior leadership position requires a dynamic individual with strong management skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial services and accounting principles. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the organisation’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights to support strategic planning.
- Manage all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, compliance, and risk management.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture centred on accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal policies related to financial operations.
- Establish robust internal controls to safeguard organisational assets and optimise financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to evaluate investment opportunities, funding strategies, and organisational growth initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial services to ensure ongoing compliance and competitive advantage.
- Represent the organisation in dealings with auditors, regulators, investors, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior management roles within finance or related fields, ideally as a CFO or equivalent position.
- Extensive knowledge of financial management practices, including financial accounting and reporting standards.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex budgets, forecasts, and financial modelling.
- Sound understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to translate organisational goals into actionable financial plans.
