Director, Manufacturing POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Business Operations &
Finance Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
across government programs and production operations. This is an early
career position that sits at the intersection of program finance and
operations, supporting the build-out and scaling of production
operations, government reporting requirements, and the successful
execution of self-investment initiatives. It is responsible for
developing and tracking program budgets, performing variance analysis,
and building financial models to support forecasting, cost analysis,
investment decisions, and program reporting. It will contribute to
integrating financial and planning data from supply chain and
engineering into ERP/MRP and Quality Management Systems (QMS). This role
will be located in our Plymouth Program Management and Engineering
office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support budget
development, tracking, and reporting for government programs (e.g.,
IDIQ/CLIN structures) Perform variance analysis and provide insights to
program and operations leadership Build and maintain financial models
for forecasting, cost analysis, and internal investment decisions Assist
in proposal preparation and basis of estimate assumptions Develop and
update schedules in support of program execution and projects related to
business systems implementation. Support procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
and cost tracking across materials, labor, and overhead Partner
cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance
to map and proceduralize the critical business processes and systems
that will enhance product quality and process efficiency. Contribute to
integration of financial data into ERP/MRP and Quality Management
Systems (QMS) Be the communications focal for infrastructure projects
and/or issue resolution for the Plymouth MN offices SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITY: This position has no direct supervisory
responsibilities. POSITION TYPE: This is a Salary Exempt full-time
position. TRAVEL: Minimal \< 5%. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance 5+ years of
experience in financial analysis, operations, or program finance Strong
skills in Excel, MS Project and financial modeling Experience with
ERP/MRP systems (Costpoint, Epicor, SAP, or similar) General
Understanding Of Cost Accounting, Budgeting, And Forecasting PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS: Exposure to government contracting as it applies to
finance and FAR requirements: rates, concepts of allowable and
unallowable, certified pricing data, Basis of Estimate (BoE)
development, etc. Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience with cost modeling, production analytics, or pricing Some
experience with quality systems (QMS) and operational data integration
Lean/Six Sigma certification or demonstratable continuous improvement
experience Due to the work performed within our facilities, U.S.
citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to obtain BATFE (Bureau
