Role: Technical Lead - Oracle CPQ
Location: Willington, SC
(100% onsite Role Only)
Job Description:
Role Descriptions: Provides functional and technical support for Oracle CPQ (formerly BigMachines) platforms, ensuring smooth Quote-to-Cash processes.
Incident Management and triaging/resolving production issues within the CPQ quoting and pricing flow.
Troubleshooting BML scripts, managing product configurations/rules, and resolving integration issues with other systems in the landscape.
Responsible to make sure product configurations defect-free and orderable.
Responsible for finalizing Parts setup and provide SME level support to cross-functional teams.
Partner with other team member to explain the requirements and perform testing once development is complete.
System Configuration and Maintenance: Manage product setups, configuration rules, pricing rules, and workflow processes.
Integration Support: Monitor and fix data synchronization issues between Oracle CPQ and other systems.
User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance quoting efficiency.
Release Management and Migrations: Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features (e.g., JET UI, Redwood).
Identifies opportunities for process simplification and help with automation initiatives within the team
Create test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure that items, BOMs, and configuration rule changes can be verified thoroughly and efficiently.
Create / update Requirement documents as needed.
Preferred:
Experience in complex configurations
Experience in Redwood UI
4+ years of experience with Oracle CPQ and strong analytical skills.
Preferred Certifications : Oracle CPQ Certified Implementation Specialist.
Experience with Asset Based Ordering
