We’re looking for a high-calibre Sales Operations / Commercial Operations leader to bring structure, accountability, and execution discipline to a growing commercial function.
This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on operator role where you will own the engine behind sales — ensuring tenders run clean, accounts transition seamlessly, and internal teams deliver on commitments without escalation.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will take full ownership of the back-end commercial function, leading a small team while driving alignment across sales, product, procurement, warehouse, and finance.
You will:
- Lead and develop the Sales Support team (3 direct reports)
- Set clear priorities, lift capability, and create a high-accountability environment
- Own end-to-end account management (back-end)
- Contracts, pricing, rebates, onboarding/offboarding, and timelines
- Drive tender and major opportunity execution
- Ensure inputs are accurate, complete, and delivered on time across the business
- Act as the central link across functions
- Align teams and push for delivery — not just pass information along
- Align stock and supply with sales commitments
- Work closely with procurement and warehouse to prevent gaps or overstock
- Build scalable processes and systems
- Standardise workflows, remove inefficiencies, and reduce reliance on individuals

You are a commercial operator, not a task-taker.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations / Commercial Operations leadership
- Comfortable driving outcomes across senior stakeholders
- Strong process mindset with commercial awareness
- Able to challenge, influence, and hold teams accountable
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and not reliant on direction
