Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
A high-growth, multi-billion-dollar global organization is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Chief Financial Officer to lead finance for a large, complex business segment.
This is a critical executive leadership role, partnering directly with the Segment President to drive performance, scalability, and long-term value creation across a decentralized operating model.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategic Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial performance, risk, and growth strategy
- Translate business objectives into actionable financial plans that drive profitability and cash flow
- Deliver forward-looking insights, scenario modeling, and decision support
Finance & Operational Oversight
- Lead all core finance functions including FP&A, accounting, reporting, and controls
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and financial transparency
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain leaders to improve performance
- Lead cost optimization, pricing strategy, and margin expansion efforts
- Support capital allocation and working capital efficiency
M&A / Transformation
- Play a key leadership role in acquisitions, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Help scale systems, processes, and infrastructure in a growth environment
Leadership & Culture
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, distributed finance team
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Develop future leaders and strengthen succession pipelines
Technology Oversight
- Partner on IT strategy and investments to support growth, data integrity, and operational efficiency
What They’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance within complex organizations
- Proven ability to lead large, decentralized teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong operational finance background with exposure to multiple functional areas
- Experience in large corporate environments with shared services structures
- Track record of driving business performance and leading through change
- Strong systems and ERP experience (integration experience a plus)
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Willingness to travel as needed
