Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven intern to support business operations for a growing luxury fashion brand.
This is a hands-on role at the center of the business, with a strong focus on client services and customer experience as a foundation for learning the brand. You’ll gain exposure across operations, fulfillment, and brand building, working closely with leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who is proactive, curious, and eager to learn all aspects of the fashion industry, with real responsibility from day one and the opportunity to grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Order Management (Core Focus)
- Support customer communication across email and phone, maintaining a polished, confident, and on-brand tone
- Handle client phone calls with professionalism, warmth, and the ability to problem-solve in real time
- Manage returns with a proactive mindset, identifying opportunities to convert returns into exchanges or store credit
- Process returns accurately and efficiently while identifying patterns or issues to improve the system
- Monitor order flow across Shopify and backend platforms to ensure timely fulfillment
- Partner closely with warehouse teams to resolve unfulfilled orders, delays, and damages
- Track and report on late shipments and fulfillment issues
- Prioritize time-sensitive orders based on shipping speed and customer needs
- Conduct daily order checks to ensure seamless processing
- Manage Nordstrom-related returns and communication across Shopify, warehouse systems, Excel, and Mirakl
Operations & Brand Support
- Assist with marketplace integrations and backend workflows (Excel, Mirakl)
- Resize and format product and lifestyle imagery for marketplace platforms (Photoshop; training provided)
- Maintain and organize influencer outreach lists aligned with the brand’s aesthetic
- Support social content creation, including elevated caption writing and messaging for Instagram and TikTok
- Assist with social media planning and growth initiatives
