In the near term, the CFO will be expected to address the following critical priorities in close collaboration with the CEO:
- Oversee continued development of the comprehensive financial recovery plan of the current financial position, including cash flow, accounts receivable, cost structure, and reimbursement optimization gaps.
- Execute the financial recovery plan with clear milestones, accountability owners, and report cadences for the CEO and Board.
- Stabilize cash flow and liquidity through targeted revenue cycle improvements, expense management, and payer contract optimization.
- Build confidence with the Board of Directors through transparent, timely, and actionable financial reporting.
- Evaluate and strengthen the finance and revenue cycle team—identifying immediate talent needs and developing a succession-ready organizational structure.
- Collaborate with the CEO to engage external stakeholders including lenders, regulatory bodies, and community partners on the organization's path forward.
- Identify and prioritize the highest-impact operational improvement opportunities, informed by the Warbird consultant report and ongoing operational assessments.
Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- eMinimum 10 years of progressive healthcare financial leadership, with at least 5 years as CFO or senior financial leader
