We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and drive the company’s financial strategy towards accelerated growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising initiatives including debt, equity, and investor relations
- Prepare and present CMA data for banks and financial institutions
- Develop and execute financial restructuring strategies to optimize capital and improve profitability
- Drive strategic financial planning to support rapid business expansion
- Build strong relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders
- Ensure robust cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Provide financial insights to support key business decisions and growth opportunities
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader
- Strong track record in raising funds and managing investor relations
- Expertise in CMA data preparation and banking processes
- Demonstrated ability to restructure and scale businesses financially
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred
