For over 40 years, we have served customers across multiple industries and are focused on operational excellence, strategic growth, and long-term financial strength. We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and help guide the next phase of growth.
Position Overview
The CFO will be responsible for the overall financial leadership of the company, including strategic planning, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, banking relationships, risk management, and operational financial analysis. This individual will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to drive profitability, scalability, and smart decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations, accounting, and reporting
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Analyze job costing, margins, production efficiencies, and profitability
- Provide financial insight on capital investments, equipment purchases, and expansion opportunities
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, insurance, and regulatory requirements
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools for leadership
- Manage relationships with CPA firms, lenders, and external financial partners
- Lead and mentor accounting/finance staff
- Support M&A, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships as opportunities arise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, industrial, or job-shop environments strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of job costing, inventory management, and operational finance
- Proven ability to scale businesses in the $10M–$50M revenue range
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
