We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join as a Client & Business Operations Executive. This role focuses on client management, business coordination, and vendor handling, with limited executive assistant responsibilities (20–30%). The candidate will act as a bridge between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships as a primary point of contact
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates
- Handle basic negotiations, pricing discussions, and coordination with clients and vendors
- Manage vendor coordination, onboarding, and follow-ups
- Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure smooth business operations
- Assist leadership with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups (20–30% EA responsibilities)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business communication
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in client coordination / business support / similar role
- Very good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in vendor coordination or handling clients
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
