You will be responsible for ensuring the finance function supports growth, delivers first-class insight and acts as a true business partner to the wider organisation. The role will extend well beyond traditional finance leadership and will involve active participation in strategic planning, transformation initiatives, investor relations and execution of the value creation plan.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering robust KPI reporting and board-level analysis.
- Driving operational efficiency and margin improvement programmes.
- Supporting exit readiness and leading all financial aspects of a future transaction process.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a commercially minded CFO with a proven track record of operating within private equity-backed and high-growth environments.
The successful candidate is likely to demonstrate:
- Previous CFO experience, working within a private equity-backed business.
- A successful track record supporting growth, transformation and value creation initiatives.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder groups including investors, lenders and boards.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with robust technical finance expertise.
- Experience of debt raising, refinancing, acquisitions and integrations would be highly advantageous.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
The Exit Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to join a high-quality, purpose-led business at a pivotal stage of its growth journey. Working alongside an experienced CEO, Board and private equity investor, the successful individual will play a central role in executing the value creation strategy and positioning the business for a successful future exit.
