We’re recruiting a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
At Five Rivers Child Care, strong financial stewardship and ethical leadership sit at the heart of everything we do. We’re now looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the long‑term sustainability and growth of our organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to:
- Set the financial direction and performance framework for the organisation.
- Influence strategic decision‑making at Board and Executive level.
- Drive growth, investment and organisational scaling alongside delivering a high‑quality service delivery.
- Lead governance, risk, controls and compliance across the organisation.
- Bring a values-led leadership approach aligned with Five Rivers mission and culture.
We’re keen to hear from senior finance leaders with proven CFO / Executive Finance Director experience, strong commercial insight and the gravitas and credibility to be a vocal presence.
Hybrid role (Salisbury base, travel across services)
Full time (Monday–Friday)
