Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support strategic objectives.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions including financial reporting, compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards, and regulatory filings.
- Manage risk assessment activities by implementing SOX controls, risk management strategies, and internal audit procedures.
- Supervise treasury management tasks such as cash flow analysis, expense control, cost management, and supply chain finance.
- Drive revenue management initiatives through market analysis, revenue cycle management, and profit & loss oversight.
- Lead mergers & acquisitions activities by conducting due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
- Develop and interpret complex financial reports to inform senior leadership decision-making; write clear financial reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and other relevant technical accounting regulations like IFRS and IAS.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring finance teams in financial concepts such as cost control, business analysis, and technical accounting.
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning efforts to optimize fiscal health and support business development goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles within diverse industries; experience in non-profit or governmental accounting is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, IAS standards, COSO frameworks, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Strong expertise in SOX compliance, risk analysis, treasury management, and cost control strategies.
- Demonstrated success in mergers & acquisitions including negotiation skills and business development acumen.
- Proficiency with advanced financial software systems; expertise in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience supervising teams across finance functions such as corporate finance, tax accounting, payroll management, and supply chain finance.
- Excellent communication skills for interpreting complex financial data into clear reports; adept at strategic planning and fiscal management.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
