Recomaze gives brands the infrastructure to become visible, understandable, and transactable in AI-mediated shopping journeys.
About the role
We're hiring a Head of GTM Strategy and Execution. This is a role that will fundamentally change the growth trajectory of the company and unlock the next round of growth for Recomaze.
Responsibilities
- Create the GTM Strategy Playbook in alignment with the CEO
- Execute the strategy to achieve unprecedented growth for the company across the identified ICP
- Acquire marquee enterprise merchants who will serve as brand confidence builders and lead to exponential growth in the enterprise and mid-market sector
- Own the strategy, execution, and budget for the GTM playbook, once agreed to with the CEO and leadership team
Requirements
- 5+ years in GTM, growth, and marketing at a B2B SaaS company heavily focused on ecommerce, an ecommerce infrastructure company, or a strategic partner for large, complex ecommerce platforms
- Track record building GTM strategies and successfully executing the plan as an individual contributor initially.
- Experience either selling directly or leading a small team of sales professionals who’ve successfully sold into ecommerce merchants, platforms, or agencies
- Experience working with eCommerce merchants who use Shopify Plus, BigCommerce Enterprise, Magento, or custom enterprise commerce platforms
- A strong professional network of key decision makers within eCommerce merchants
- Have a founder mentality. One in which you know that everyone pulls more than their individual weight in their current role to generate growth and acceleration, leading to further investment and hiring a team
