Contract Role | FMCG / Consumer Health | Pymble (Hybrid) – Part time 0.8fte
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Executive to support a high‑performing Sales team within a leading FMCG / Consumer Health organisation. This role plays a critical behind‑the‑scenes function, ensuring commercial plans, promotions, pricing and customer administration are executed accurately and on time.
You’ll work closely with National Business Managers, Key Account Managers and Field teams, acting as a central coordination point across Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance and Marketing.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong FMCG sales operations fundamentals, who enjoys working with data, systems, and detail, and enabling sales teams to perform at their best.

Sales administration & operational support
- Provide end‑to‑end sales operations support to the Sales team
- Coordinate customer pricing and promotional setup across multiple internal systems
- Support new line setup, customer data maintenance, and pricing updates across our retailer base and our wholesaler network.
- Assist with promotional submissions and validation with wholesale partners
- Support preparation, submission and reconciliation of customer claims
Commercial reporting & analysis
- Compile and maintain sales reports, forecasts, promotional trackers and dashboards
- Support monthly and ad‑hoc sales reporting using internal systems and syndicated data
- Assist with promotional phasing and commercial alignment
Customer & internal coordination
- Act as a key liaison between Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Finance
- Coordinate customer communications including ranging, pricing and promotion calendars.
- Coordinate asset delivery within our customer time frames by working with our marketing and trade activations team on briefing and delivering marketing assets due to our customers.
- Support commercial teams with meeting prep, presentations and follow‑up actions including but not limited to building range review & meeting presentations.
Process & compliance
- Ensure all sales activity aligns with internal governance and approval processes
- Maintain accurate records of agreements, promotional mechanics and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales administration processes
Does this sound like you?
- Previous experience in Sales Operations/ Administration / Sales Support within FMCG or Consumer Health
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator who can work cross‑functionally
- Analytically minded, comfortable working with numbers and performance data
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with FMCG systems, customer portals or syndicated data (e.g. MiPortal, Exceedra, Nexus etc.)
- Exposure to pharmacy, wholesale or route‑to‑market environments
