Position Summary
Coast Central Credit Union is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead the Credit Union’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations and GAAP while overseeing accounting, purchasing, investments, and financial reporting. This role directs budgeting, financial planning, ALM and balance sheet management, product pricing, and investment strategy to support organizational goals. The CFO also provides oversight of ACH and check processing functions, ensures strong internal controls and audit readiness, and leads Finance Department staff. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO collaborates on strategic initiatives and supports the overall financial health and long-term success of the credit union. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is required, along with significant experience in finance, accounting, and management within a financial institution, and must be bondable.
