We're hiring a Chief Financial Officer to help scale a premium American RV manufacturer.
Remote Vans builds some of the most thoughtfully engineered Class B adventure vans in the country: premium product, tight production, loyal customer base. We've been heads-down building for five years. Now we're expanding, and we need a financial leader who already knows this industry and can keep pace with what's coming.
This isn't a corporate CFO role. It's a seat at the table of a growing company where your fingerprints will be on every major decision — margin structure, pricing strategy, capital allocation, and the financial architecture of our next chapter.
⚠ RV or powersports industry experience is a hard requirement. Applications without it will not be considered.
What you'll own:
— Full financial operations: P&L, cash flow, forecasting, reporting
— Revenue strategy: pricing, channel economics, margin optimization
— Capital structure: debt, equity, and investor relations as we scale
— Cost discipline across manufacturing, supply chain, and overhead
— Building the financial infrastructure for a multi-entity expansion
What we're looking for:
— 10+ years in finance, with direct experience inside the RV or powersports industry
— Deep familiarity with dealer networks, floorplan financing, and manufacturer economics
— Operator mindset — you've owned P&L outcomes, not just reported on them
— Experience working with or reporting to a founding CEO
— Comfort with complexity: multiple revenue streams, capital structure, strategic planning
— Someone who sees equity as upside, not a consolation
The deal:
$150K–$200K base · Equity participation · Performance bonus
Cincinnati, OH · Direct report to the CEO
