The ideal candidate will be responsible for strong financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
PRIOR CFO experience with a PUBLICLY TRADED Company ($1B in Revenues) and willing to relocate to Tampa Bay IS A MUST.
Responsibilities
- Ability to own the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
- Manage FP&A Process (planning, forecasting, fluctuation analysis & business analytics)
- Full cycle ownership of the audit process ( Internal SOX work, internal audit, and managing outside firm
- Data management capabilities
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements in a regulated environment.
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- Healthcare preferred but no required
- 25+ years' of finance experience/ must have solid CFO experience with revenues over $1B.
- Public Traded company experience
- Strong People management skills /ability to influence
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strategic partnership capabilities
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
