This is a unique opportunity to join our clients evolving Go-to-Market team in a highly cross-functional Operations Solutions role supporting the systems and processes behind global product launches and seasonal calendar delivery.
This is a contract through January 31, 2027 with possibility of extension if business needs and performance align.

What- The Role:
The Go-to-Market Solutions Manager will help drive seasonal delivery of a go-to-market calendar by managing the Tools used to publish the calendar.
They know the intricacies of the Go-to-Market Tools as their work drives clarity for the business through calendar invites that are set up with Event Expectations and Roles and Responsibilities that are automated to ensure every detail of the invite is accurate.
- Create and manage the seasonal calendar publish processes, project plan and publish of the GTM enterprise milestones, sub-meetings and by-whens.
- Create the test calendar for each seasonal publish across all seasons and calendar tracks.
- Provide business requirements, QA and prioritize roadmap for GTM Tools solution. Partner with technology to implement sustainable solutions for ongoing Tool maintenance.
- Partner with learning and leadership teams to develop and deliver training materials across learning platforms for GTM ensuring that all process changes are integrated.
- Maintain Tool automations and database ensuring accuracy of all data (e.g. departments, sub-departments).
- Maintain Go-to-Market teams file architecture and storage solutions.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies for GTM Tools; proactively activate partners and insights to resolve challenges before they impact results.
- Build trusted relationships at multiple levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy-in for ongoing initiatives, tool enhancements and training.
Who – The Candidate:
A deep understanding of a vertically integrated retail – has 6+ years of experience working within a Product function that has led to deep understanding of best practices and processes or operations function. Previous exposure to Brand, Marketing and channel and/or experience in an international region is a bonus.
Exposure to Hyper-Growth that required adaptability as a leader to evolve the team & processes. Exposure either as part of organization or group that experienced significant growth.
Global in Understanding. Has strong working relationships globally; experienced in supporting a global framework both regionally and HQ.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or related discipline.
- 6+ years’ work experience with 3-5 years’ work experience with a technical background in any of the following: business intelligence & analytics, informatics, economics, management consulting, finance, project management, computer programming.
- Experience using or building in Airtable or other Calendar Management tool is an asset.
- Advanced level Excel, Smartsheet, and Power Query skills along with programming skills are an asset.
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills to drive alignment and innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills, being able to distill complex workstreams into digestible frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness of GTM tools as business needs shift.
- Proven track record of building relationships, establishing rapport, credibility and trust.
- Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful, able to navigate an organization independently and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Demonstrates discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach with strong collaboration attitude and team play.
How much:
$65-70/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
Where:
Vancouver, BC, 4 days’ onsite.
