We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and shape the fiscal direction of our organization. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other relevant regulations.
- Lead budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and cost management initiatives to optimize resource allocation and expense control.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, liquidity planning, and risk mitigation strategies related to market fluctuations.
- Supervise financial reporting activities, including preparation of detailed financial statements, analysis reports, and regulatory filings such as SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance documentation.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation plans for financial risks associated with mergers & acquisitions, market changes, or regulatory updates.
- Oversee revenue cycle management processes including billing, collections, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and revenue optimization strategies.
- Lead negotiations for mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, or other business development opportunities to expand organizational footprint.
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and manage audits conducted by external agencies or internal teams.
- Supervise treasury management activities such as banking relationships, investment strategies, and cash flow optimization.
Skills
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, and strategic planning with a strong understanding of financial concepts such as profit & loss management, cost control, and expense management.
- Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced Excel modeling skills for complex financial analysis and forecasting.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements including SOX compliance, IFRS, GAAP, IAS standards, and ASC 606 revenue recognition rules.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven success in supervising finance teams and collaborating with senior leadership on business strategy initiatives.
- Expertise in risk management practices related to market analysis, supply chain impacts, governmental accounting regulations, and fiscal management.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with business development acumen to identify growth opportunities through mergers & acquisitions or new market entry strategies.
- Ability to interpret complex financial reports accurately and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in managing budgets effectively while implementing cost control measures without compromising organizational objectives.
- Knowledge of tax accounting principles relevant to nonprofit or governmental entities if applicable; familiarity with COSO framework for internal controls is a plus.
