Pizza Broski is a food-tech start-up that plans to deploy robotic pizza-oven machines across the country. Pizza Broski secured an exclusivity contract for the United States with one of only a few manufacturers of this technology in the world and is getting ready to enter its first round of funding this month. We are in the final stages of securing key executive positions to strategically enter this round at a high valuation.
We are now looking to bring on a key Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be responsible for building and leading the company’s financial strategy as we scale nationally. This role will oversee financial planning, capital strategy, and the financial infrastructure needed to support rapid expansion. At this stage, we are simply looking for a commitment to join the team, with the understanding that the role will transition into a full-time position upon the successful completion of our first round of capital.
You will manage:
The CFO will directly report to the CEO, driving the financial part of the business.
- Financial Strategy Development
- Strategic Planning and Forecasting
- New Market Financial Analysis
- Financial Modeling
- Risk Assessment
- Managing the Company's Bank Accounts
- Assisting with connecting payment technologies to our machines
- Navigating Regulatory Compliance
- Managing Investor Expectations
- Controlling Financial Literacy of the Company
- Assisting in making our Vision as a Company (see below) become a reality
You bring:
- Kind heart
- 15+ years in the financial sector
- PE and/or VC experience
- M&A Experience (preferably)
- IPO Experience (preferably)
- Experience managing large projects.
- Fluency in Excel.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning.
- Experience in managing growth companies, including being a part of capital raises.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to drive this in others.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Ability and willingness to roll up the sleeves and handle tasks personally.
