This critical financial leadership role influences this publicly registered (Nasdaq) company’s business growth objectives, capital investments and comprehensive financial strategy. The successful candidate has worked in a public company and has at least ten (10) years of senior financial management experience. As a corporate leader, you are expected to effectively balance intelligent risk-taking with results-driven urgency.
Proficient in financial planning and modeling, you’ll work with internal business leaders to ensure the company achieves its organic and M&A growth targets. You have managed a high-performing global team of finance professionals and have flexibility to travel internationally on a regular cadence. Experience in the healthcare technology sector is beneficial.
You have demonstrated experience in capital raising and developing rapport with existing investors. You will represent the company to investors, analysts, investment bankers, and Board Members.
You are familiar with enterprise accounting systems such as Oracle E-Business and have a strong knowledge of US GAAP, taxation, and SEC/NASDAQ requirements. You role-model a culture of transparency and reliability in financial reporting and controls. An MBA from an accredited institution is preferred, along with the CPA designation.
The role is located in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office and will report to the CEO. This is a succession role to the Chief Financial Officer position.
