Role Type: Full-Time / Lead Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to take full ownership of construction and capital improvement projects across a diverse portfolio of local businesses. This isn't just a role for someone who follows a checklist; we need a "sole lead"—a professional who can source, plan, and execute small and major projects from the ground up.
The Role
You will be the primary lead for critical developments, including large-scale renovations and landscaping for our lodge facility, as well as infrastructure improvements at Kokanee Springs RV Park and other regional ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Ownership: Identify project needs, source contractors and materials, and lead the implementation phase through to completion.
- Strategic Sourcing: Independently manage the procurement of services and supplies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Operational Oversight: Maintain a 360-degree view of all active sites. You are responsible for ensuring that "nothing falls through the cracks."
- Execution: Solely lead major initiatives, such as the full-scale renovation and landscaping of lodge properties.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in construction project management (renovations and landscaping experience is highly valued).
- Strong business acumen and experience navigating commercial project requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Local to or willing to commute to the Seba Beach area.
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
