The Role
GTM Associates at Gigs are the engine of top-of-funnel growth - and the starting point for a career in commercial leadership. You'll work closely with our GTM Lead to identify, qualify, and develop pipeline for Gigs' in France.
This isn't a role where you execute a handed-to-you playbook. You'll help build it - and the best people here grow fast because of it. Our GTM org is lean by design. You'll have real visibility with senior operators from day one, and the commercial decisions you make will matter.
For the right person, this is a rare early-stage opportunity at a company that has already proven its model in multiple markets and is now executing fast on France.
What you will do
- You'll build pipeline from scratch. You'll identify target accounts across fintech, embedded finance, travel, and HR tech - prioritising by fit, not just size. ~50 priority accounts, customised approach, senior-level engagement from day one.
- You'll close deals, not just pass them. Higher velocity deals are yours to close independently in time. You’ll be mentored on your deals and will develop commercial ownership early one.
- You'll engage senior buyers. Cold outreach to a Head of Product or CTO is the norm here. You'll learn to earn attention at the right level - and hold conversations that go somewhere.
- You'll understand the product deeply. Gigs' infrastructure is genuinely complex - you'll need to grasp how it works, why it matters to each buyer type, and how to explain it clearly without dumbing it down.
- You'll bring AI into how you work, naturally. Research, outreach, account mapping - you use AI as a core part of your workflow and bring a genuine point of view on where it actually helps.
- You'll build as you go. You'll document what works, flag what doesn't, and contribute to the playbook Arthur and Rafa are developing for France. Intellectual honesty and structured thinking matter here as much as hustle.
What we are looking for
- You have a high-growth commercial mindset. You've worked in a commercial, strategy, or analytically rigorous role - in sales, business development, partnerships, consulting, venture capital or adjacent. You know how to find the right buyers, earn their attention, and build momentum. We care more about how you think than where you've worked.
- You are analytically sharp. You approach a new market or account the way a good analyst approaches a problem - you form a hypothesis, test it, and revise. You're comfortable with ambiguity and you make structured decisions fast.
- You are an exceptional communicator - in both languages. You convey complex ideas clearly in French and English. One precise, relevant message beats ten generic ones. You're equally comfortable in a written brief and on a live call.
- You are commercially curious. You think about fit, timing, and trigger - not just contact lists. You want to understand why a company might buy, not just that it could.
- You reach for AI without being asked to. You use AI tools to research faster, write sharper outreach, and prepare better. You have a genuine point of view on where it helps and where it doesn't - and you figure out the unsolved parts rather than waiting for someone else to.
- You are a proactive self-starter. You don't wait for a playbook. You help build one, document what you learn, and bring the team along.
- You are passionate about technology. You're genuinely interested in how businesses embed new capabilities into their products - and energised by the idea of selling infrastructure that enables that.
- You care deeply about outcomes. Whatever you do needs to have commercial impact. You make smart trade-offs between speed and quality, and you hold yourself accountable to results.
Salary range: €80,000 - €110,000
(The final offer depends on your background, skills, and how you perform through the process. We're open to considering outlier candidates, which may result in an adjustment to the scope and compensation)
