Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CA Inter mandatory preferred) with 15–20 years of proven experience as an Accounts/Finance Manager or in a similar role.
Review financials, journal entries, invoices, bank reconciliations, and general ledger for accuracy & compliance
Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements (GAAP compliant)
Manage budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis for cost control
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll & financial transactions
Ensure GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC returns filing on time
Handle direct & indirect taxation, tax audits & statutory audits
Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities & stakeholders
Develop financial policies, procedures & internal controls
Prepare MIS reports and support decision-making
Supervise accounting team & ensure timely reporting
Work on Tally Prime and maintain compliance with latest regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and related field (CA/CA Inter-preferred-Mandatory).
Proven 15-20 years experience as an Account/Finance Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, and Indian taxation laws.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
