Our client, one of the most elite and internationally recognized law firms in the world, is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Revenue Operations to join its highly sophisticated Bankruptcy and Finance Operations team in New York.
This high-visibility role will serve as a strategic partner to attorneys and firm leadership on revenue management, billing operations, collections, compliance, and financial risk mitigation across complex bankruptcy matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full revenue lifecycle for assigned attorneys and matters, including WIP, AR, collections, and inventory management
- Partner directly with attorneys and leadership to drive billing strategy, revenue performance, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with bankruptcy court requirements, filing deadlines, and firm financial policies
- Provide financial reporting, analysis, and guidance related to billing, collections, and matter management
- Identify and mitigate financial and reputational risk while supporting best practices across revenue operations
- Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative, service-oriented team environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience within legal billing, revenue operations, accounting, or finance
- Prior law firm experience required; bankruptcy billing experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows and interact effectively with attorneys and senior stakeholders
