Job Summary
The Sr Manager of Revenue Operations role drives revenue growth through alignment across multiple verticals within the organization. A critical leader to the overall growth of the company, the Sr Manager of Revenue Operations will provide operational and analytical support Finance and Sales, focusing on the customer journey process, pipeline quality, and overall sales excellence. The Sr Manager of Revenue Operations will work with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to ensure strategy alignment, minimizing inefficiencies.
What You’ll Do
- Provide operational and analytical support to the President, SVP Sales and Business Development, and Finance, focusing on the customer journey process, pipeline quality, and overall sales excellence.
- Create and maintain various revenue models such as sales rep capacity, quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and weekly sales performance reporting.
- Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to design annual quota targets, leveraging historical performance, quota capacity models, and growth objectives.
- Draft, review, and administer annual sales commission letters, ensuring alignment with approved compensation plans, revenue targets, and company policies.
- Manage customer lifecycle through PCMI’s CRM, including analyzing gaps and roadblocks.
- Fill in the gaps that create friction and cause disjointedness throughout the revenue generation cycle and create processes for alignment.
- Align sales, marketing, and business development efforts to create a streamlined process for the buyer and increase internal efficiency.
- Develop and lead sales training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of those who impact the revenue generation cycle.
- Build organizational materials to outline scalable and repeatable processes.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Report on business development activities and outcomes.
What You’ll Need To Join Our Team
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ year working in Sales Operations/related fields and/or roles.
- Experience with analytic tools and CRM, such as HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work through complex sales cycles.
- Data-driven mindset and focus.
- Ability to understand, develop, interpret, and report on financial and non-financial data.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to commute to the office in Park Ridge two times a week.

- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related aspects.

Note: It is preferred for this role to be in the Park Ridge, IL office 2 days per week.
The Pay Range For This Role Is
120,000 - 145,000 USD per year(PCMI US)
