This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a BaaS GTM Manager in France.
This role sits at the intersection of fintech sales, partnerships, and infrastructure growth, focusing on driving commercial success for a rapidly expanding Banking-as-a-Service offering. You will own the full go-to-market and sales cycle, from sourcing and qualifying high-value prospects to closing complex B2B partnership deals. Acting as the main commercial point of contact, you will work closely with internal product, compliance, legal, and engineering teams to shape tailored financial infrastructure solutions. The position requires a strong understanding of both traditional payments systems and emerging crypto and Web3 ecosystems. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality pipeline while developing long-term strategic relationships with partners across fintech, payments, and digital asset industries. This is a high-impact, autonomous role in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where commercial execution and strategic thinking are equally critical.
Accountabilities
- Own the full BaaS sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, outreach, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals including pricing models, revenue-share structures, and integration requirements.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for partners, managing relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across payment rails, card programs, and embedded financial products.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to translate partner needs into viable technical and regulatory solutions.
- Prepare pitch materials, commercial decks, and executive summaries to support deal execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Represent the organization at industry events and engage with the broader fintech and Web3 ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or Web3-focused commercial or business development roles with proven B2B deal closing success.
- Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, including card issuing, BaaS models, and embedded finance solutions.
- Familiarity with both traditional financial systems (SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, push-to-card) and crypto/Web3 ecosystems.
- Experience working with regulated environments, including compliance and regulatory frameworks for payments or digital assets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot and project management tools like Jira or equivalent platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to create structured proposals and manage long, complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
- Self-driven, autonomous professional comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Strongly preferred: experience with stablecoins, on-chain settlement, KYC/KYB flows, or API-based financial integrations.
- Existing network within fintech, BaaS, or crypto infrastructure ecosystems is a plus.
