About the Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leads our organization’s financial strategy and operations. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO plays a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization.
This role requires more than financial oversight—it demands a leader who can execute, challenge the status quo, and drive meaningful improvements across financial practices, systems, and processes. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator, capable of translating vision into action while strengthening the organization’s financial foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making
- Translate strategic plans into practical, measurable actions that improve performance and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to enhance profitability, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate existing financial practices and lead proactive improvements to processes, systems, and controls
- Champion a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the finance function
- Modernize financial operations through the implementation and optimization of systems, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Drive standardization, automation, and scalability across financial processes
- Ensure financial infrastructure supports organizational growth and evolving business needs
Financial Management & Oversight
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Lead financial planning and analysis to monitor performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities
- Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide forward-looking financial insights and scenario planning
Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and internal policies
- Develop and maintain robust risk management frameworks and internal controls
- Oversee audits and ensure readiness for regulatory and compliance reviews
Cash Flow & Capital Management
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and liquidity planning
- Optimize working capital and ensure financial stability
- Lead financial strategy related to investments, financing, and capital allocation
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and key stakeholders
- Communicate financial performance and strategic insights with clarity and confidence
- Support organizational initiatives through cross-functional collaboration
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and operational excellence
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional designation such as CPA, CA, or equivalent
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior executive roles
- Proven track record of both developing strategy and successfully executing it
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, process improvements, or financial transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, compliance, and governance
- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive measurable results
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities

Pay: $120,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
