🔹 Handle customer interactions and provide support related to financial products and services
🔹 Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and onboarding processes
🔹 Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth business processing
🔹 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve client retention
🔹 Support branch business development and revenue generation activities
🔹 Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Equity, and other investment solutions
🔹 Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding service requests and queries
🔹 Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer data
🔹 Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies
