Responsibilities:
As a Business Operations Intern, you will support the company’s operational and administrative functions. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Operational Support:
- Assist in coordinating daily business operations and workflow processes.
- Support the team in maintaining organized operational records and documentation.
- Help ensure smooth coordination between departments and business functions.
2. Administrative Coordination:
- Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support appointment coordination and internal communications.
3. Customer Support & Coordination:
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-up communications professionally.
- Support customer onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate customer and operational records.
4. Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Assist in identifying workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Support data tracking and preparation of operational performance reports.
- Participate in process documentation and improvement initiatives.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and management team on ongoing projects.
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and operational planning activities.
- Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
